Pastors,

The CNY Discipleship committee would like to extend an invitation to you, your staff, ministry leaders, and church family to participate in our second annual Intersect Conference, an event designed to bring together the entire district for training, networking and idea exchanges.  This year’s date is May 10th.

Intersect is designed to be a conference that will reach across the size and cultural differences of churches in our district.  We understand that people in your church do not need just another conference.  We are intentionally structuring the conference to provide optimum time for networking, discussion in the seminars and interaction with peers. Your participation in this conference through attendance and sharing of ideas and experiences is what will make it worthwhile for others. It is our hope that event will equip, encourage, engage, and excite!

The cost to attend Intersect is only $10.00 per person which covers all the seminars and conference materials.  Lunch is not provided this year, but is available at area restaurants. You may also bring a bag lunch if you choose to stay on-site. Individuals may register separately or better yet, have one person collect all the registrations and money from your church and send them together.  If you register collectively please include a registration form for each individual attending.

This year our key note speaker will be Dr. David Holdren. Dr. Holdren has served as a General Superintendent of the Wesleyan Church, and presently serves as Executive Pastor at the Cypress Wesleyan Church in Galloway, Ohio. Many District pastors and laypeople who excel in various fields will also be sharing in seminars that will be sure to inspire your people.  A complete list of seminars is provided below.  Each person will be free to choose the seminars they wish to attend at the conference.

Below you will find a downloadable poster, bulletin insert, and schedule of seminars.  Please use the bulletin insert the first two weeks of April as registrations are due by the end of April.  Use of the Intersect logo is encouraged for video announcements.
